我店所有熬制麻辣锅的香料均由国内直接采购,保证口味的纯正。鱼片是用新鲜整条鲈鱼切制,羊肉采用苏格兰上等羊腿肉。前一阵有顾客投诉我店羊肉片切得比较厚,现在我们用大机器切,保证羊肉片的薄度,使口感更好。
Step 1. Choose the soup (锅底)
1) spicy (麻辣锅)
2) half spicy half non-spicy (鸳鸯锅)
3) pork bone soup (白汤锅)
Step 2. Choose sauce (油碟)
Sesame sauce (麻酱), Chinese leek paste (韭菜花), preserved bean curd (腐乳), soy sauce (豉汁), chilli oil (辣油), garlic oil (蒜油), raw egg (生鸡蛋)
(you may choose a combination of several sauce)
Step 3. Choose meat (荤菜)
Sea bass slices (鱼片), beef slices (牛肉片), lamb slices (羊肉片), prawn (虾), crab (蟹), squid (鱿鱼), cuttlefish (墨鱼仔), ham (午餐肉), fish ball (鱼丸), mussel (青口), crab stick (蟹棒)
Step 4. Choose vegetable (蔬菜)
Wood ear (a type of fungus, mushroom)(木耳), celery (芹菜), frozen bean curd (冻豆腐), bean curd sheet (腐竹), fresh bean curd (鲜豆腐), fried bean curd (豆腐泡), Chinese leaves (大白菜), sea weed (海带丝), vermicelli (粉丝), potato slices (土豆片), Chinese green (小白菜), coriander (香菜), lettuce (生菜), Chinese mushroom (香菇), cucumber (黄瓜条)
Step 5. Now you can put anything you like in the hot soup and boil it, and enjoy.
